1)Cry: sometimes there is nothing we can do to fix problems in our lives so crying somehow help us to feel better.
5) Watch romantic movies: usually girls watch romantic movies when the guy they like wont like them back.
6) Read books: sometimes you get to much on the books world because it is better than the real world.
10) Cook: it distracts you from the troubles you have.
Andrea: OMG! when I feel depressed I need to eat in that moment because I feel that I have to fill something then I listen music (hot chelle rae - why don´t you love me ) <--- yeah ! then I feel the necessity of cry so, I cry then I fall sleep ! :D
pacha: yeah yeah when I feel depressed I have to talk with someone so I feel better, then I have to watch football games! then I listen music (reggaeton) haha xD then I like to watch scary movies ! o.O
adrii: hahaha when I feel depressed first I have to see romantic movies and eat CHOCOLATE ! :9 jumii !

Valerie: The first thing i do when i am depressed is going to My room and watch a marathon of My favorite movies and things like chocolate or nachos, but mostly ice cream. But when I don't watch movies I like to read books, they take me out of the real world and to their own World
